SOMA RAJU YELISETTI The Court made the following: 3 VS,J C.C.No.1750 of 2026 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.27776 of 2025 on 10.11.2025, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….In view of the facts and circumstances submitted in the affidavit, and the directions of this Court in various cases and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amounts to the petitioner in accordance with the quality control certificates, i.e. dated 08.09.2025, for a sum of Rs.5,39,491/-, Rs,4,35,016/-, Rs.6,00,842/-, Rs.5,78,127/-, and Rs.6,25,114/- respectively, issued by the respondents, within a period of Four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As far as interest component is concerned, if there is any subsisting clause in the agreement/work order envisaging payment of interest upon any amount which is due and payable, the same is binding upon both the parties.....…” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27776 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
