CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 697 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 & A2), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.19 of 2024 of Mulakalacheruvu Police Station, Annamayya District, for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 153(3) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State, basing on the written instructions, submits that the police have referred the case in FIR in Crime No.19 of 2024 of Mulakalacheruvu Police Station, Annamayya District as “False” vide C.No.218/RC-SDPO(M)/2024 dated 31.07.2024. He also forwarded a copy of proceedings in C.No.218/RC-SDPO(M)/2024 dated 31.07.2024. 4
