It is noticed that the Petitioner has not responded to the said Show Cause Notice in FORM GST REG-17 dated 06.02.2025 and therefore the Petitioner has suffered the impugned Order whereby the Petitioner’s GST Registration has been cancelled with effect from 01.07.2017. 3. Since the impugned Order has been passed without a response to the Show Cause Notice in FORM GST REG-17 dated 06.02.2025, the case is remitted back to the Respondent to pass a fresh order on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the Petitioner. 4.
