Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has approached this Court, praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to relieve him, so that he can join the place to which he stands transferred in terms of transfer order dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned Additional Advocate General apprised the Court that the petitioner is engaged in Panchayat Election Duty and transfer order shall be given effect to after the petitioner is relieved from his Panchayat duty. His statement is taken on record. 3. The petition is disposed of with the direction that after the petitioner is relieved from his election duty, he be relieved forthwith to enable him to join the station to which he stands transferred.
