Ms. No. 7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish - II Department dated 16.03.2013) as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, direct Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to ensure that no Acqua Culture / Prawn Culture is carried out by 8th respondent herein or his men in the above- mentioned land, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct Respondent Nos. 2 to 7, to restrain the 8th respondent from carrying out Prawn Culture in the lands admeasuring Ac. 4.37 cents, in Sy. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 in restraining the respondent No.8 in operating the fish tanks constructed in the agricultural lands over an extent of Ac.4.37 cents in Sy.No.597/1A and 597/1B situated in Vanapallipalem Village of Uppalaguptam Mandal, Dr. Ambedkar Konaseema District, without having valid permission or registration under the Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries has placed before the Court a copy of remarks received from the respondent No.7 in the case. From the same it would reflect that, pursuant to the objections raised by the petitioners, field inspection was conducted on 20-07-2026. During the course of said inspection, it has been come to the light that the respondent No.8 had converted the agricultural land into a fish tank without any permission. It is further stated that on account of objections of the petitioners, no permission was granted to the respondent No.8 and the same has already been communicated to the petitioners vide proceedings dated 04-07-2026. The said instructions of the respondent No.7 are placed on record. 5 4. Having regard to the same, since the grievance of the petitioners was resolved, no further adjudication is necessary in the case. 5. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
