The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to respondent no.2-Committee to decide his complaint within stipulated period. The petitioner’s complaint is filed in the year 2025 bearing Complaint Application No.2514 of 2025. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the said complaint is filed on 25.04.2025 and is still pending for consideration. 3. Considering above, we request the respondent no.2-Committee to decide the petitioner’s complaint as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
