2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No.123 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 467, 406, 420, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a small-time contractor dealing in supply of scrap materials and there was a business relation of the informant with the petitioner and co-accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner has supplied the scrap of the value of Rs.6 lacs. He then submits that the petitioner has not issued any cheque and one Rajesh Kumar Mishra has issued the cheque and he has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.5439 of 2025 and another person namely Krishna Kumar has also been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6293 of 2025. granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are also there of dishonoring of the cheque.
5. Considering that allegations are also made that cheque issued by the other co-accused persons was dishonored. So far the petitioner is concerned he has not issued any cheque and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has already supplied the scrap of the value of Rs.6 lacs and two of the co-accused persons have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No.123 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
