The instant application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been preferred by the appellant/applicant praying for condonation of delay of one week in filing the connected MAC Appeal against the judgment and award dated 04.08.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Dhubri in MAC Case No. 23/2022. This Court has considered the pleadings and finds that the reasons for the delay have been sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the delay of one week in filing the connected appeal is condoned.
