1. The petitioner vide the instant petition seeks for directions against the respondent- Directorate General of Foreign Trade (hereinafter ‘DGFT’) to deal with the petitioner’s complaints/ representations. The petitioner submits that he has shown concern regarding regulatory violations by certain DGFT approved Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (hereinafter ‘PSIAs’).
2. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Court deems it appropriate to direct the DGFT to deal with the This is a digitally signed order.
