The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2) / 115 (2) / 74/ 109/ 324(4) / 351(2) / 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the case is pending in the court of learned CJM, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father, petitioner no.2 is mother whereas petitioner no.3 is younger brother of co-accused, Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Kumar Singh and the allegations have been made that said Ashish Kumar assaulted and pursuant to that, altercation took place due to parking of the vehicle. 4. It is next submitted that said Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Kumar Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide ABA No.1472 of 2026 5. It is submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed at Para-16 of the instant anticipatory bail application. 6. It is next submitted that there are case and counter-case between both the sides. 7. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer. 8. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that allegation of assault is there against said Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Kumar Singh who have been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioners are father, mother 2026:JHHC:12964 and younger brother of said Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Kumar Singh. Further, they are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed Para-16 of the instant anticipatory bail application 9. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Seraikella, in connection with Seraikella P.S.
