By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to allot additional work in his favour in terms of representation dated 15.03.2026, with a further direction to restrain the respondents from inviting the e-tender for additional/further work without considering and deciding his representation. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of at this stage by directing the respondents, particularly Respondent No. 2, to consider the representation dated 15.03.2026 filed by the petitioner, within some reasonable period of time. 3. Ms. Jagmeet Kour, Assisting counsel to Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that she is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the other side. 4. In view of the aforesaid and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of at the very threshold, Sr. No. 151 2 WP (C) No. 1089/2026 without issuing any formal notice to the respondents, with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to accord consideration to the representation dated 15.03.2026, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order thereon.
