The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of I.T. Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Learned counsel further submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused namely Shrikant Rawani @ Srikant Rawani has been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 11414 of 2025 vide order dated 16.01.2026. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and allegation against the petitioner as well as the fact that the co-accused has been granted bail; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions 2026:JHHC:5395 2 Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 137 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
