The suit is only a recent suit of the year 2025. It is only a suit for recovery of money. Therefore, no valid ground is emanating from record to order for expeditious disposal of the suit when other old matters are pending disposal before the trial Court. 2. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
