Dr. Avdhesh Gupta and Others, very very expeditiously, within the stipulated time, which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case. (II) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (III) To award cost of the petition to the Petitioner.” 2. Heard Mr. Rajendra Arya, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The said prayer is an innocuous prayer. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition (WPMS No. 298 of 2026) is disposed 1 2026:UHC:935 of directing the learned Ist Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No. 35 of 2024 and decide the same as per law as expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
