JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER O R D E R 17.02.2026 The present application has been filed by the applicant praying for impleadment of the new incumbents Shri Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS, Shri Kesonyu Yhome, IAS, Shri Gregory Thejawelie, IAS and Shri Tensuwati Longkumer, NCS as respondent nos. 6, 7, 8 and 9 in COP(C)/18/2024. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Grace I. Namgi, who submits that during the pendency of COP(C)/18/2024, the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 have all been transferred out from the concerned Department or have retired from service. And accordingly, it has become necessary to implead the new incumbents. It is, therefore, prayed that the above names of the new incumbents may be allowed to be impleaded as respondent nos. 6, 7, 8 and 9 in COP(C)/18/2024. Having considered the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the fact that the earlier respondents are no longer in the concerned Department, the application is allowed. The petitioner shall take steps to file an amended Causetitle within one week from today and thereafter take steps for service upon the newly impleaded respondents.
