dated 07.08.2025 and 11.08.2025 with regard to usage of Armstrong Chemicals which are approved by the respondent authorities under the TTD Schedule of Rates (SOR) 2023-2024 as illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, unreasonable, uneonstitutional and violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently to set aside the impugned notice ROC No. and to Direct the07/Dy.EE(M-l)/TTD/TML/2025, dated 12.08.2025 respondents to consider and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to suspend the impugned ROC No. 07/Dy.EE(M- l)/TTD/TML/2025, dated 12.08.2025 by allowing the petitioner staff to perform their work by using Armstrong Chemical products which conform to equivalent specifications as required by the respondents, in accordance with the TTD Schedule of Rates (SOR) 2023-2024 in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
