Revision No. 619 of 2021 which stood dismissed on 17.05.2024 for non-compliance of order dated 03.05.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only defect was regarding filing of surrender certificate. The learned counsel has referred to the supplementary affidavit dated 30.04.2026 and has submitted that the photocopy of the surrender certificate has been placed on record in the present case. He also submits that the original surrender certificate will be filed in the Cr. Revision No. 619 of 2021 if it is restored. The learned counsel submits that the Cr. Revision No. 619 of 2021 be restored so that the case be taken up on merits. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State has no serious objection so far as prayer for restoration of the criminal revision being Cr. Revision No. 619 of 2021 is concerned. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Cr. Revision No. 619 of 2021 is restored to its original file. 2026:JHHC:12951 2 6.
