Mahesh and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Shahganj, District Agra pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.5, Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Matters Under Article 227 No.1616 of 2024 (Smt. Usha and others Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same has been arises out of same proceedings. 4. Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Matters Under Article 227 No.1616 of 2024 (Smt. Usha and others Vs. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end.
