Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10958 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
