ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"I. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the complaint dated 18.11.2025 filed in PCR No. /2025 before the Court of Presiding officer, Special Court for Economic Offences, Bengaluru. (Annexure A) with respect to petitioners. II. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the entire proceedings in CC No. 1093/2025 on the file of the Court of Presiding Officer, Special Court for Economic Offences for the offence punishable under sections 14(1A) R/w 14A of the EPF and MP Act, 1952. (Annexure B) with respect to petitioners. III. Grant such order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Sri.Swaroop S, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and have perused the material on record.
3. As the concerned Court in C.C.No.1093/2025 has issued proclamation against these petitioners on the score that they have not appeared before the concerned Court and the issue was with regard to payment of provident fund amounts to

the employees, the Enforcement Officer has registered the crime and the proceedings are set into motion thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners places on record the payment confirmation receipt of payment of provident fund amount to all its employees. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to place this material before the concerned Court in C.C.No.1093/2025.
5. It is needless to observe that the concerned Court will take note of the documents and pass necessary orders thereon.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the next date of listing. Subject to the said condition, proclamation of any kind hanging on the head of the petitioners shall stand obliterated. In the event, the petitioners would not appear before the concerned Court on the next date, the proclamation orders would stand revived.

7. The concerned Court before rendering its order shall take note of the payment that is said to have been done by the petitioners to all its employees and pass orders thereon.
With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands
disposed.
