The present writ petition is filed challenging the proposed action of the respondent authorities in trying to demolish the petitioner's house-cum-shop bearing Plot No.1 in Survey No.607, East Gudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. 2. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner purchased a small extent of land and constructed a house and also started a small shop in the said premises. It is submitted that the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner and demolish the petitioner’s house-cum-shop. 3. This Court, vide order dated 21.05.2015, directed the respondents to stop further demolition of the petitioner's house-cum-shop, situated in an extent of 0.10 ankanams, bearing plot No.1 in Survey No.607, East Gudur, Gudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the respondents shall follow due process of law in the event any further action is to be taken against the petitioner's subject house-cum-shop. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed off, making it clear to the respondent authorities to follow due process of law in the event any further action is to be initiated against the petitioner’s subject property.
