JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER This is a successive bail petition, wherein the petitioner is seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.178/2022 of Varuna Police Station, Mysuru. 2. Petitioner has been arraigned as accused No.1 in the FIR registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201 read with Section 34 of IPC. Investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. This Court vide order dated 26.06.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.2897/2023 and order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13941/2023 has rejected the prayer for bail, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the material against the petitioner. The said petitions were dismissed on merits. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the trial is in progress and 12 witnesses are already examined. Petitioner is seeking bail once again on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13863 CRL.P No. 959 of 2025 merits, which has been considered by this Court earlier and his bail petitions are dismissed twice.
