The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondent No.2 in not considering the representation dated 13-04-2026 submitted for renewal of School for the academic year 2026-27. 3. The respondent No.4 filed counter affidavit stating that the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of by the respondents on 14-07-2026, rejecting the representation. 4. Having regard to the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings in Rc.No.2797/B3/2013, dated 14-07-2026, if, aggrieved and advised. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
