By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to transfer the petitioner to any of the following schools against vacancy located in Education Block Sangarh, District Sirmour, H.P. as Junior Basic Teacher after having completed a period of more than nine years at present place of posting:- 2 GPS Bhoun Kadiyana GPS Dungi GPS Kashlog GPS Lagnu GPS Dada Khilour” 2. In light of the fact that the petitioner is praying for his transfer from the present place of posting i.e. GPS Tuheri, Education Block Sangarh on the ground that he has served in the said place for more than 9 years, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate call be taken by the Authority on the representation of the petitioner and the petitioner be transferred out of the said station. The element of academic session can be taken into consideration by the Authority while deciding the representation. 3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
