On earlier occasion i.e., on 03.08.2026, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor seeks time to obtain instructions and as scuh, the matter is listed to today. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has specific instructions from his clients to withdraw the present Criminal Petition and as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, with liberty to file anticipatory bail application, before the concerned Sessions Court and till such filing of bail application, respondent- police may be directed not to take any coercive steps against the 4 petitioners herein (A2 and A3), as petitioner No.1 (A2) is aged about 64 suffering from ailments, and the petitioner No.2 is a Village Revenue Officer looking after his old-aged parents. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor expressed no objection for the same. 5. Permission accorded. 6. Accordingly, instant criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law, including filing of appropriate bail application, within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 7. Respondent-police are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners herein (A2 and A3), for a period of six (06) weeks.
