Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of the learned counsel for the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before respondents No.1, 2 & 3 and in the event, such representation is submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with 3 law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
