On behalf of the CESC Limited, it is submitted that despite all formalities having been complied with, the private respondents have raised an objection insofar as the grant of the above connection to the petitioner is concerned. On behalf of the private respondents, it is submitted that they have no objection in the grant of such connection. In such circumstances, WPA 3677 of 2026 stands disposed of. The CESC Limited is directed to grant a fresh service connection at the proposed service 2 position to the premises of the petitioner after compliance with all necessary formalities in accordance with law. Liberty is granted to the CESC Limited to take police assistance. The cost for any such police assistance would be provided by the petitioner. The above exercise is to be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.)
