Alleging willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s common judgment and order dated 17.07.2014, passed in WP(C) No. 3200/2007 and other connected writ petitions, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the instant contempt petition. 4. The concerned authorities have passed an order on 04.08.2017 in compliance of the order dated 17.07.2014, however, it is contended in the present petition that inspite of passing of such order, the benefits have given only to those petitioners who have filed contempt petition earlier. 5.
