During course of hearing, it was submitted that appellants - writ petitioners be permitted to file revision petition(s) before competent authority and same may be considered in accordance with law. 3 HCJ & CGR, J WAs_901,896,897,898,900 & 902_2026 3. Learned Standing Counsel representing No.4, on instructions from Commissioner, Gudivada Municipality, submits that in case appellants – writ petitioners file general revision petition(s) under Rule 18.2 of Levy and Assessment of Property Tax Rules, 2020, within a period of fifteen days from today, same shall be entertained in accordance with law, without raising objection of limitation. 4. Keeping in view consensus arrived at between the parties, all these Appeals are disposed of while affording liberty to appellants – writ petitioners to file general revision petition(s) within a period of fifteen days from today.
