Nabi, learned counsel appearing for the accused/ applicants. Also heard Mr. K.K Das, learned APP for the State. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS,2023 praying for granting of pre-arrest bail to the accused/ applicants, namely 1. Abdul Noor, 2. Abdullah Hussain @ Mohammed Abdulla, 3. Lubab Uddin, 4. Albab Uddin, 5. Noor Ahmed, and 6. Nasir Ahmed @ Md. Najir Uddin, in connection with Patharkandi P.S. Case No.28/2026 under Sections 329(2)/ 296/ 118(2)/ 303(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS,2023. The case arose out of an FIR dated 18.03.2026, lodged by one Anowara Page No.# 3/3 Khatun naming 7 (seven) accused persons with the allegations of assault and causing injuries to her family members who had to be hospitalized. A co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.04.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicants. The learned APP submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has been submitted vide C.S. No.36/2026 dated 14.04.2026. The learned counsel for the accused/ applicant submits that they should be allowed to appear before the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. In view of the aforesaid the instant AB application is disposed of with a direction to the accused/ applicants to appear before the learned jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from passing of this order and till then the interim order so passed earlier on 07.04.2026 shall continue.
