Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 10 witnesses have already been examined and there has been recovery at the behest of the present petitioner as also from the petitioner. Having considered the totality of the circumstances, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However the learned trial court would expedite the process of examination of the witnesses. Accordingly, CRM(M) 397 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
