ORDER (ORAL)
1. By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to forthwith take cognizance of the illegal retention and unauthorized use of vehicle No. JKI2C- 8883, enforce the provisions of Sections 50 and 5l of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and also seeking a direction upon respondent No. 4 to either clear the outstanding bank liability and complete the transfer of ownership or to surrender the vehicle.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if this petition is disposed of, at this stage with a direction to

respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner filed on 26.03.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents are not averse to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 26.03.2026, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
