The Court made the following: ORDER:
This revision is preferred seeking expeditious disposal of the execution petition filed by the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is the decree holder in E.P.No.54 of 2024. The said petition was filed for sale of the E.P. schedule property. The judgment-debtor is not contesting the E.P. It is alleged that the E.P. is pending since the year 2024 and that the decree holder is in dire need of money.
3. Therefore, in the said facts and circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the executing Court i.e. Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jaggaiahpeta, to dispose of the said execution petition expeditiously, according to law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
