Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship and there has been change of circumstances pursuant to registration of FIR, charge-sheet has already been submitted. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant raises no objection. However, having considered that the evidence of the victim in the Case Diary runs contrary and a case has been registered, the learned trial Court is directed to record the evidence of the victim and thereafter exercising his discretion if it requires take a lenient appreciation. At this stage the prayer for bail of the petitioner so far as the materials produced by the State is concerned, do not call for any interference. Thus, CRM (M) 221 of 2026 is rejected at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
