This contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 19.01.2017, passed in WP(C) No.3952/2010, which was preferred by the petitioners claiming arrears of salary, wherein, it was directed to the authorities to pay the salary to the petitioner from the month of September, 2007. 3. It is submitted that in the meantime the case of the petitioner was considered and she was accommodated as a Tutor by a speaking order dated 30.01.2021. 4. Mr. N Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that though she has been accommodated as tutor, however, she is not satisfied with such a decision and that the instant contempt petition may be closed with a liberty to the petitioner to assail such appointment as tutor as she still claim that she is entitled to be appointed as Assistant Teacher. 5.
