Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application and prays that the trial Court may be directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicants on the same day, if the applicants surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 3. The prayer of the applicants is allowed. 4. However, the learned counsel for the State submits that Applicant No. 4, Jadumani Painkra, was arrested on 22.04.2026; consequently, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous in respect of Applicant No. 4. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the concerned trial Court to consider the regular bail application of the applicants, if they surrender and apply for regular bail, and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three working days. 6.
