This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“A. That writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued & rejection letter dated 06-03-2026 may kindly be quashed & set aside. B. That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to release the entire compensation amount in favour of petitioner along with up-to-date interest. C. That the respondents be directed to pay interest @ 15% per annum to the petitioner on account of delayed payment.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law at an appropriate stage for the redressal of petitioner’s grievances.
