After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for execution of the Sanad Takseem(if any), issued in this matter and/or to apply for issuance of Sanad Takseem in accordance with law. 3.
