This contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 06.05.2015, passed in WP(C) No.3293/2013, WP(C) No.4211/2013, WP(C) No.3754/2010 and WP(C) No.5213/2013, which was preferred by the petitioner and others claiming arrears of salary, wherein, it was directed to the authorities to pay the salaries to the petitioner along with others from the month of August, 2007. 3. It is submitted by Mr. SMT Chistie that in the meantime the case of the petitioner was considered and he was accommodated as tutor by a speaking order dated 13.01.2022. 4.
