Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Quash the impugned suspension order dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P/4) passed by Respondent No.2. 10.2 Declare that the suspension of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. 10.3 Direct reinstatement of the petitioner with all consequential benefits. 10.4 Grant any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the c” 2. Challenge in this writ petition is to order of suspension dated 26.02.2026. Upon putting query to learned counsel for petitioner about the remedy of appeal, he submits that there is remedy of appeal, however, this writ petition is filed on the ground of change of the headquarter and posting of the petitioner within far distance at Jagdalpur from Mungeli. 3. In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner that the order of suspension Annexure-P/4 is appealable under law, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.
