This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 by the petitioner with the prayer for modification of the condition of the order dated 22.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3234 of 2026. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 22.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3234 of 2026 with one of the conditions that the petitioner must furnish the photocopy of the Aadhar Card. It is next submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Aadhar Card of the petitioner could not be issued because of some technical issue relating to finger prints but he is having an Election Photo Identity Card. Hence, it is submitted that the condition of furnishing the photocopy of the Aadhar Card be substituted with the condition of furnishing the photocopy of the Election Photo Identity Card. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 22.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3234 of 2026 is modified to the extent to the extent that in the operating portion the words ‘photocopy of Aadhar Card’ be substituted with the words ‘photocopy of Election Photo Identity Card’ in the said order. The order dated 22.04.2026, passed in B.A. No. 3234 of 2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
