When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home states that after filing instant writ petition, the 4th respondent – police registered FIR in Crime No.70 of 2026 under Sections 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with section 175 (3) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 of Jaggaiahpet Police Station on 31.07.2026 and further states that the investigation is going on. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also furnished a copy of written instructions as well as a copy of FIR to learned counsel for the petitioner and same are placed on record. ::4:: 3. In view of the registration of FIR by the concerned police, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
