It is seen from the records that the petitioner and the de facto complainant are neighbours. When the de facto complainant had questioned the Municipal Authorities with regard to laying of concrete road which affects the de facto complainant’s residence, at that time petitioner had intervened and abused the de facto complainant in filthy language by using his caste name and assaulted him using stone whereby the tooth of de facto complainant has been broken. 3. In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Special Court/Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to consider the petitioner’s bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.0184 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 10850 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.
