Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender with the stipulated time as the marriage of his sister was there. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that in spite of granting anticipatory bail the petitioner has not surrendered within stipulated time. 4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time, from today, is hereby extended to surrender before the learned court concerned. 5. Order dated 12.2.2026 passed in ABA No.7436 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the Order is kept intact. 7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
