JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 10.06.2026 This is an application filed by the applicants seeking impleadment of M/s. Shree Ganesh Traders, the opposite party herein, as a respondent in the accompanying writ petition inasmuch as it came to light on 20.05.2026, when Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned Additional Advocate General, Assam submitted that the work order was issued to the opposite party herein. 2. Considering the above, this Court allows the present application by impleading M/s. Shree Ganesh Traders as respondent No. 6 to the accompanying writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within a period of 7 (seven) days from today. The Registry on the basis of the fresh Memo of Parties as well as the present order shall make necessary corrections in the cause title and update the same in the CIS. 4.
