1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 to decide the pending application dated 06.05.2022 of the petitioner for grant of First Higher payscale as per the timescale. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted. ”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner is holding the post of Assistant Veterinary Surgeon since 2009. After completion of the requisite period of 08 years of service, petitioner became entitled for grant of the First Time Pay Scale in view of the circular issued by the State Government. When the petitioner’s claim was not considered and granted benefit of First Time Pay Scale, petitioner submitted representation on 06.05.2022 vide Annexure P/1. However, the representation is also not considered and therefore, this writ petition is filed. She submits that in the facts of the case, Respondent No. 2 be
directed to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame and to extend the benefit of First Time Pay Scale.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that he may granted time to file reply. He however, submits that if this Court directs the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, he is having no objection. If the representation is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the concerned respondent and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law,
3 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
