The information given by III Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun by a letter is on record. Perusal of the said letter also reveals that the O.S. No. 263 of 2016 was disposed of on 17.08.2023. 6. After decision in the suit, challenge to interlocutory order passed therein, do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
