GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 14045/2026 ORDER:- Heard Ms. Vinodini Ruth Madapalli, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing for the respondents. 2. The Writ Petition is filed against the respondents' inaction in considering the petitioners' representations made to the 4th and 5th respondents, dated 24.04.2026, 16.04.2026, and 23.03.2026. It is contended that the petitioners have made a representation to the 4th and 5th respondents against the 6th respondent, alleging that she had been neglecting her duties as Head Master-cum-Warden of Mini Gurukulam, Pachipenta, Parvathipuram Manyam District and that she had falsely claimed that she belonged to the Schedule Tribe, while she is not a tribal. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, has placed before the Court a copy of the instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that, the Secretary, APTWREIS, has instructed the concerned authorities to verify the educational and caste certificates of Smt. Savara Hemalatha, CRT (Social) and Head Master-cum-Warden, for taking further action. In pursuance of the said instructions, the Project Officer has appointed the Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer (ATWO) as an Inquiry Officer to conduct 5 an enquiry into the educational qualifications and caste certificate (ST) of the 6th respondent and to verify its genuineness. Accordingly, the ATWO verified the educational qualifications and ST caste certificate of Smt. Savara Hemalatha, CRT and Head Master-cum-Warden, Mini Gurukulam, Pachipenta, Parvathipuram Manyam District, on 16.07.2026 and submitted a report. 4. Having regard to the fact that the Inquiry Officer has submitted his report dated 16.07.2026, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
