Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the claim of the petitioner. 10.2) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for respondent authority to consider the representation for reinstatement with all consequential benefit. 10.3) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the termination order dated 21.10.2019 (Annexure P-2) and reinstate the petitioner. 10.4) Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant.” 2. When the case was listed on 17.04.2026, considering the facts of case and reliefs sought for in the writ petition, State counsel was directed to seek instructions in the matter. 3. Today, learned counsel for the State made submission that representation submitted by petitioner was considered by the District Education Officer, Balod vide order dated 22.04.2026 and petitioner has been reinstated in service. She places copy of order dated 22.04.2026 for perusal of this Court. 4. As the reliefs claimed by the petitioner in writ petition is with regard to consideration of his representation for reinstatement and of setting aside the order of termination dated 21.10.2019 and further that petitioner has been reinstated in service, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition. 3 / 3 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in view of submission of learned counsel for the State based on order passed on 22.04.2026. 6.
