(ii) Direct respondent No.2 to ensure supervision and compliance of the directions issued to respondent No.3. (iii) Direct respondent No.3 to forthwith register an F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner’s compliant dated 20.12.2025, in accordance with law.” 2. Yes. 2 petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
